Returns / Refunds ?

Due to sanitary/health reasons we are not accepting returns or exchanges. We DO NOT accept refunds. All items on the site are final sale.

Lost package ?

In case of USPS or any other postal service looses your package LightbeamStationery is NOT responsible for the loss as we have shipped the package and provided the tracking number. However, we can gladly assist  in search for the package and will claim a lost package with the postal service if costumer chooses to do so. 

The only case when refund can be issued is when the items got delivered damaged. These cases are looked into on individual basis. If your package got delivered damaged, please reach out to svitlanamac006@gmail.com for assistance
